Really impressed with the product quality. It stays unmatched every time and delivers exactly what the brand promises. That said, the customer service workflow needs a strategic uplift because the response time is slower than expected. The courier experience also creates friction. Riders act on assumptions and return parcels without proper coordination, which led to multiple failed attempts and unnecessary delays. After several follow ups, I finally received the parcel. It would add real value if the brand reassesses its courier partner to streamline the end to end experience.

Please increase the Zip quality other all things are premium level but zip is not. Fabric is Good stitching is awesome only need to improve zip.
I received my track suit well in time. Stitching and fabric quality was excellent and it fitted well. However one very serious thing due to which i have given four stars is that the quality of Zips used not good. I have to fiddle with it every time i have to open or close the upper. There should be an option to customise sizes which is not available.
