The main focus of Wearium is always its customer’s 100% satisfaction. For this purpose, we have introduced our Return & Exchange policy. Users can return or exchange within seven days of delivery.

Note: Exchange or Refund is not applicable during Winter Sale.

Exchange policy

Our team will be happy to facilitate you with the item exchange facility. 

1. Products are eligible to be exchanged only if they are unused. 
2. In the case of Items exchange, it should be in original Wearium’s home packing.
3. Delivery charges are not refundable in case of exchange.
4. For exchange, just add a copy of the Wearium’s packing slip or confirmation email of your order and claim for the new size or required product. (In case of exchanging any item, we can’t be sure that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

 

Return Policy

1. User will be eligible to return his/her purchased item only if he/she received a damaged product.
2. Users will not pay delivery charges in such cases. We will be responsible for it. 
3. Attach a copy of the packing list or confirmation email from the order, and indicate the new size or new items required. (In such case, we cannot assure that all products and sizes will be available for exchange in stock.)
4. Users can ask for a refund also for this case.

Cancellation of orders:

Wearium keeps the right to cancel any order in case of following circumstances:

1. The item is out of stock
2. Pricing related issues
3. The credit card is decline
4. Customer does not answer/reply to the confirmation call from Wearium’s representative.

After you complete the purchase through wearium, we will try to ship the goods within 4 to 5 working days. But due to any reason, it may be a delay; then orders may take 6 to 7 working days to be processed. Your order will be sent to our warehouse, packed, and shipped very carefully.

Wearium is currently using a third-party service all over Pakistan. We are trying our best to provide our clients with the best quality products as soon as possible. You will be notified via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any reason. You can use the tracking number to track your wearium order.

• Each item will be charged PKR 200, For MNP Delivery.
• You may receive your orders on your doorstep within 4 to 5 working days. (could be delayed)

• Now Proceed towards order confirmation.
• During your package transition, you can use this tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status.

The order will always be confirmed by a phone call from Wearium’s representative.
